Sales Agreement
FEES & GENERAL TERMS

You agree and acknowledge that you are renting The Mrs. Jacket and that ownership of the Jacket remains with Revelle Bridal Inc. at all times.

This rental agreement specifies the total fees owing including the Jacket rental fee; shipping fees (where applicable); and/or insurance.

The standard rental rate will be honored for reservations confirmed within 30 days or more from the wedding date.

The standard rental period for The Mrs. Jacket is from Thursday to Wednesday over your wedding weekend unless otherwise stated in the invoice above.

For extended rental periods, the rental fee will be adjusted to include the additional days as indicated in the invoice total above. Extended rental periods will only be approved at the discretion of Revelle Bridal Inc. and is dependent on whether or not the Jacket is available the following weekend.

You may cancel your order for The Mrs. Jacket within thirty (30) days of your reservation order subject to the following cancellation fees: (i) For cancellations after 30 days from initial reservation, a cancellation fee of 25$ will be charged and your credit card will be refunded with the rest of the amount; (ii) For cancellations that are less than fourteen (14) days in advance of your delivery date, no refund or store credit will be provided.

We will retain your credit card on file until the return of the Jacket in good condition, upon which any record of your credit card information will be destroyed.

We reserve the right to cancel this rental agreement at any time should we find you in breach of this agreement.
PICK-UP / DELIVERY & RETURN

For local Ottawa customers, you must pick up The Mrs. Jacket you reserved during regular business hours from Revelle Bridal at 285 Richmond Rd on the agreed-upon date. You will also return the Jacket during regular business hours on the agreed-upon return date.

For out of town and international customers, we will ship The Mrs. Jacket you ordered on or before the date agreed upon at the customer's expense as stated in the invoice total.

Upon return of The Mrs. Jacket, you must ensure that the Jacket is shipped back to Revelle Bridal at 285 Richmond Rd, Ottawa Ontario, K1Z 6X3 Canada, by the date agreed upon in the invoice above.

We will provide you with a pre-paid, pre-addressed envelope, as well as for instructions for your use in returning the Jacket to Revelle Bridal. ("Return Packaging").

For rush orders, you may be subject to a rush delivery fee in order to accommodate increased shipping costs.

All deliveries outside of the Ottawa area will be through Revelle Bridal Inc's shipping partners, which may change from time to time at our discretion. The shipping method used will be at the discretion of Revelle Bridal Inc.

The Mrs. Jacket can be delivered to you by 7:00 p.m. on your rental start date.

You agree to bear responsibility for receipt of The Mrs. Jacket shipped to the location specified on the invoice and you acknowledge that a secure shipping address is highly recommended. A Secure Shipping Address is defined as a location where an individual can physically receive the Jacket. In the event that an un-secure shipping address is provided, Revelle Bridal does not bear liability for the Jacket if left unattended. Furthermore, you acknowledge that providing anything other than a Secure Shipping Address may result in delivery delays and additional delivery fees for which Revelle Bridal is not to be held liable, but you will be held liable.

You agree to return The Mrs. Jacket in the return packaging provided or by dropping off the Jacket to Revelle Bridal on the date set forth on the above invoice.

If you return the Mrs. Jacket late or not at all, a late fee of 10 percent (10%) of the retail value per day will be charged to You, and You agree to pay such fees up to the Retail Value of the Product. If You lose the return packaging provided, You will be responsible for purchasing a new TRACKABLE return label from your local Post Service location and for contacting us by phone or email letting us know you are not sending it in the original return package.
PRODUCT USE & CARE
- The Mrs. Jacket will be clean and delivered to you ready to wear. We clean and inspect each product with the utmost care, but the use of the jacket is at your own risk and Revelle Bridal shall not be held liable for any health-related complaints associated with the Jacket rented from our company.

Upon delivery, you agree to bear responsibility for the care and condition of The Mrs. Jacket for the entire duration of your rental period.

You are responsible for loss, destruction or damage to the Jacket due to theft, disappearance, fire, major stains or any other cause, other than normal wear and tear. As a jacket, normal wear and tear encompasses minor removable surface stains. If you return the Mrs. Jacket damaged beyond normal wear and tear, then you agree that we shall charge you, and you shall pay the amount of $189 plus taxes for repair or replacement of the Jacket.

We will not charge you for more than the retail value plus the rental value, in the aggregate, for any charges arising under this Section, excluding any applicable collection costs. If you pay us the full retail value and you still possess The Mrs. Jacket, the Jacket is yours to keep, though on an "AS IS" basis.
- Upon return of the Mrs. Jacket, you must ensure that all components that were rented out (Mrs. Jacket bag) are returned with the Mrs. Jacket. Failure to do so will be charged 20$ to the credit card provided. – new on mrs. jacket invoice (#4 under return)
I have read and understood the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
I have reviewed and confirmed the order and payment information set forth in this agreement.
I will submit the required payments when due and understand that failure to do so will result in loss of the initial deposit and/or of item ordered.
